What were some of the issues you were having before you reached out for support?: I needed a completely new website because of moving on from Lut's B&B to Lut's Place that also offers workshops, circles etc…
I wanted to do this process with somebody who knows what I'm talking about, has got the capability to understand me in my language, what I want to offer, reflecting who I am, how our place feels.
How were you feeling at that time?: Hopeful that it would be a nicer and better process with a better outcome than the building of my previous website which had cost me 'blood, sweat and tears'.
How have I helped with the issue you had?: You were able to make the words I provided into beautiful wording in the right energy. You have given me the trust and confidence I could come with any issue I had with the mix of lack of technology skills, understanding and interest without feeling stupid or judged.
You listened to what I wanted, made me your priority and showed a lot of patience when guiding me through the process of decision making and the practical things I needed to do. You created a website I really feel home in and that I am proud of.
How are you feeling now about the issue mention above?: Relieved that I found somebody who guided me through this intense process at every step we have taken.
Is there anything you feel could have been improved?: I did not want to burden you with sending stuff.... out of your working days Monday-Wednesday. I really wanted to respect this . Not sure how that worked for you as I know you did work out of these days. More clarity would make me feel more comfortable in using your time.
If you would rather have the freedom to write what you like, how you like, then enjoy doing so in the space below: Emma was recommended by a friend who is a holistic therapist and told me Emma is ‘in the same field’.
That gave me the confidence to follow the whispers and call to move my B&B to the next stage (description) including creating a new website. To have the confidence to step into the unknown I really needed/and wished for a woman 'in the same energy field' to co-create with. it was important for me to be able to express who I am and what I want to bring into the world via my 'new' business.
As English is not my first language, I was so happy that she played beautifully with the wording I provided into correct English with the right feeling. That, along with bringing my photo’s beautiful together shows exactly the atmosphere of our place and who we are.
I do not have the mix of interest, skills and understanding of technology so I ‘needed’ somebody I could trust to guide me through the part I needed to play in this and even leave it in her hands to make the technology all work.
From the first chat it felt we were a good match and Emma fulfilled more than my expectations.
Opening the zoom chats with a ‘how are you’ to tune in from that place was wonderful and created a nice bond/base to go through the process from exploring, letting go, going through some resistance sometimes, discussing, creating…and then onto the practical things…
Emma felt like a companion to bring clarity, make decisions….and guide me through.
Through the whole process I felt held in every step!
So I am very happy to keep working with her to support the business, do my social media…in trust she will help and the business and me grow. As she was recommended by a friend I will recommend her to a friend! (I already did😉)
